Download the application note to learn how Vaisala K-PATENTS® Sanitary Refractometer is used to continuously measure the sugar concentration in each batch of the mashed grape. The sweetness or sugar content of the grapes is measured in terms of °Oechsle, °Brix, °Baumé, specific gravity or any other concentration density unit used by a customer. The must obtained from the grapes contains seeds and peel which however have no impact on the real-time measurement by our in-line refractometer due to the digital sensing technology.
