VH2O2 biological purification related problems: monitoring, control and other aspects

In our online seminar "using smart vH2O2Sensor technology to monitor and control ", we received a lot of problems, due to time relationship has not been able to answer them one by one.The following is our answer.
Q: purification cycle is usually controlled by time.You mentioned can use HPP270 sensor for parameter control loop.Do you understand now use parameter control purification cycle of the pharmaceutical industry customers?
Yes, we are currently supplying HPP270 series sensors to many customers, to support their use of the vH2O2PPM and relative saturation levels (%) to control the loop.These customers including isolator system manufacturers, as well as to our measuring equipment and portable system integration of the steam generator manufacturer.

Answer: HPP270 series probe response time for 70 seconds, credibility for the T63.You can also refer to the probe product catalogue.
Please note that the response time of the sensor depends on the test method.We observed in our own test, in a larger concentration range (for example, 0 to 400 parts per million (PPM), sensor from a low concentration of environment into the relatively high concentrations of the environment, take longer to achieve stability.From 300 PPM to 350 PPM, response time is shorter.In biological purification, vH2O2 levels usually will rise at all stages of each loop.Our testing and customer feedback shows that HPP270 series probe follows the periodic rise very well.
Q: HPP sensor is used to measure the atomization H2O2There is a limit, when?
A: no matter the H in air2O2Is produced by evaporation or atomization, or generated by spray, HPP270 series probe can measure on it.
Q: visa whether provide mobile HPP270 sensor?The sensor is equipped with data recorder, the terms of the CFR Part11 without cable, can be used in the circulation development.
Answer: HPP270 series probe need to heating power supply to ensure the normal operation of the sensor and clean function.We do have and provide some adopt wireless technologyThe terms of the CFR Part11 recorder, but we haven't apply HPP270 general input version.

Q: our application is PET bottle sterilization.For the problem of steam condensation surface, what advice can provide?
Answer: high temperature and dry compressed air could help to control the combination of condensation.Process under dry conditions would help for a long time to maintain a relatively low level of saturated.The generation of other variables, such as steam, also may be able to control the cooling.
Q: does visa pull HPP270 sensor can be installed in the supply pipeline, in order to measure H2O2The PPM?Our application is PET bottle sterilization.
As long as the pressure not to rise, HPP270 series sensor can be installed in the pipeline.In spite of this, the response time of the sensor and the temperature must be taken into consideration, so the measurement of this case is more suitable for determine whether conditions, rather than the presence of certain substances used to indicate a bottle.
We are still not used to probe the process pipeline connection accessories, because these probes specially designed for casing and measuring room.
Q: can HPP270 used for water purification system?
